EVS is organised by MIE Events, part of MIE Groups. One team covers the portfolio, so if you are not sure who to ask for, start with the project manager for international enquiries and say which edition you are asking about — Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Kenya or the UAE.

Exhibitors usually want the floorplan, the stand rates and the build-up schedule; visitors usually want the dates, the venue and the registration link. Both are on each edition's own pages: /morocco/, /saudi/, /kenya/ and /uae/. Anything else comes back faster by e-mail than by phone.

If you already have a booking, quote the reference on the confirmation e-mail — a contracted stand, an invoice or a badge that has not arrived is traced from that reference, and it is quicker than describing the company. Press accreditation is handled by the same team: send your outlet and the days you plan to attend, and we will confirm by e-mail.
