Frequently asked questions
Can I display vehicles?
Yes — the halls take vehicles, charging equipment and components. Tell the sales team what you plan to show so the right space is allocated.
Do you help with shipping into Saudi Arabia?
The organiser coordinates with freight forwarders experienced in temporary importation, and the exhibitor manual lists them.
Is sponsorship available?
Yes — the seminar programme, registration area and VIP areas can be sponsored. Ask for the partnership pack.
When should I confirm?
Positions are allocated in order of confirmation, so early confirmation gets the better positions near the entrance.
