Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between shell scheme and raw space?
Shell scheme is a built stand with walls, fascia, carpet and basic electrics. Raw space is floor area only, for exhibitors building a custom stand.
Can I exhibit outdoors?
Yes — the outdoor area is used for vehicles, charging equipment and larger demonstrations. Ask the sales team which positions suit your product.
When do I need to confirm?
Positions are allocated in order of confirmation and the hall fills from the entrance inwards, so early confirmation gets the better positions.
Do you offer sponsorship as well as stands?
Yes. Conference sessions, the B2B matchmaking lounge and the VIP area can all be sponsored. Ask for the partnership pack with your stand enquiry.
