Register online
It takes about two minutes: name, company, role and e-mail. Trade-visitor registrations are checked against the criteria below.

Receive your QR code
A confirmation e-mail arrives with your personal code. Bring it on your phone or printed — either works.

Collect your badge
Scan your code at the registration desk in the KICC entrance hall. Pre-registered visitors have a separate, shorter queue.

Plan your day
The agenda, the exhibitor list and the floorplan are published on this site, so you can decide which stands and sessions matter before you travel.
Frequently asked questions
Is registration really free?
Yes. Entry is free for trade visitors who register in advance, and free on the door as well. There is no charge for the exhibition or the conference sessions.
Who qualifies as a trade visitor?
People working in or buying for the EV and mobility sector: manufacturers, importers, distributors, fleet operators, utilities, financiers, government and media. Students and the general public are welcome on the public day.
Can I register on arrival?
Yes, but registering online first means your badge is already printed and you skip the data-capture queue at the desk.
Can I bring colleagues?
Yes — each colleague registers separately so that everyone gets their own badge and QR code. There is no group form.
Will I get the exhibitor list in advance?
The exhibitor directory is published on this site and updated as stands are confirmed, so you can see who is exhibiting before you travel.
